I received my first comment on a fanfic! I'm so completely delighted by this. No matter what else happens today, my writing moved someone.
Once again, kindness is the greatest form of anarchy. Negative comments can make people react but in a usually predictable way. Positive comments can spur people on to greatness.
Or, in my case, more fanfiction.
