The internet has gone out three times this week. The customer service people were rude. We're not happy with the new owners of the company at all, and yet I'm not really sure if any of the other options available to us will be any better.
I'm really tired of the basic services not working. I get that the world is awful now and nothing really works all that well, but still. Ugh. Something needs to get better.
